By submitting this registration, I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participating in the self-defense and self-awareness tutorial facilitated by South Suburban College, the South Suburban College Police Department, and the Cook County Sheriff’s Department. I understand these activities may involve a risk of injury and agree to release and hold harmless these entities, along with their officers, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the training or resulting from the use, misuse, or attempted use of any techniques presented, whether due to negligence or otherwise. I certify that my participation is voluntary, that I am physically able to participate, and that I fully understand and accept the terms of this waiver.
