• 2026 OLA Annual General Meeting (AGM) Delegate registration

  • The Ontario Lacrosse Association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is open to members in good standing whose accounts have been settled prior to October 15, 2026.

    All attendees must be registered in advance to participate in the AGM. Individuals must register on behalf of their club by October 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Registration is required for each person attending.

    Individuals wishing to attend only the OLA Members Awards Luncheon and/or OLA Hall of Fame Induction Banquet may also use this form to register. Please continue with registration and select the applicable ticket option(s) under Optional Event Tickets.
