2. Participation & Liability Waiver
I give permission for myself/the named participant (or minor) to take part in the Fusion Fighters Summer Showcase.
I understand that participation in dance activities involves physical exertion and carries a risk of injury. I voluntarily accept this risk on behalf of myself/the participant.
I agree to release and hold harmless Fusion Fighters, its directors, instructors, staff, volunteers, and venue providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the event. This includes any injury, illness, or loss sustained during rehearsals, performances, or travel to and from event locations.
3. Supervision & Responsibility
Fusion Fighters is responsible for participants during scheduled rehearsals and performances only.
Parents/guardians (or participants themselves if over 18) are fully responsible for:
Supervision outside of official activities
Accommodation and meals
Transport between venues
4. Medical Responsibility
I confirm that the participant is medically fit to take part in all activities unless otherwise disclosed.
I accept full responsibility for any medical costs incurred as a result of injury or illness during the event.
