    CBI scoring
    • Each CBI question is scored from 0–100.
    • Question 13 is reverse scored: score = 100 − selected value.
    • Personal burnout = mean of Q1–Q6.
    • Work-related burnout = mean of Q7–Q13, with Q13 reversed.
    • Client-related burnout = mean of Q14–Q19.
    • Overall burnout = mean of all Q1–Q19, with Q13 reversed.

    CBI banding
    • Low: Overall < 35
    • Moderate: 35 ≤ Overall ≤ 65
    • High: Overall > 65
    • Override rule: if Personal burnout > 70, band = High.
