2026 League Civic Connection

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2026 League Civic Connection (formerly the Fall Conference), taking place October 7–9, 2026, at the Hilton Paper Valley in Appleton. Please complete this form in full to be considered as a presenter. All proposals will be reviewed by League stakeholders for alignment with the event’s purpose, audience, and learning goals. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Presenter Terms and Conditions
By submitting this proposal, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and expectations for presenters at the 2026 League Civic Connection:

Availability: All presenters agree to be available to present in-person at the Hilton Paper Valley in Appleton during the event (10/7/26-10/9/26) at a time determined by the League.

Technology and Logistics
The League will provide an LCD projector, projection screen, speaker table, microphone, and standard audiovisual support. Presenters are responsible for bringing their own laptop and any required adapters.

Microphone Use: To support accessibility and ensure all participants can fully engage, I agree to use the provided microphone during in-person sessions.

Presentation Design and Delivery: I understand that participants value clear, engaging presentations. I agree to:
- Use slides sparingly and intentionally
- Avoid slides with dense or small text
- Avoid reading directly from slides and instead focus on active, engaging delivery
