  • You are invited to submit an education topic for HAuNTcon 2027. Sessions will be offered Friday, Saturday and Sunday March 12-14 in Orlando, FL at the Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside Hotel.

    Please fill out the form in its entirety. Please note: class description details can be amended at a later date; all other fields are critical for scheduling and marketing purposes. PLEASE FILL OUT A SEPARATE APPLICATION FOR EACH CLASS SUBMISSION (maximum of 2 unless otherwise approved).

    Submission of this application does not guarantee selection. All instructors are carefully reviewed to ensure a high-quality educational program. Selected instructors are expected to deliver their session as approved and maintain a professional standard in alignment with HAuNTcon. Applicants will be notified of their selection status in a timely manner.

  • HAuNTcon Instructor Compensation Structure

    HAuNTcon offers a base payment of $200 per class, with additional performance-based bonuses tied to attendance. Instructor compensation will be issued following the completion of the event.

    • Classes with fewer than 5 registered attendees (as of the morning of the session) will be canceled and will not receive compensation.
    • Class capacities range from approximately 45 to 72 attendees, depending on room assignment and session format.
    • Compensation tiers are based on the first 50 registered attendees.

    Attendance-Based Compensation:

    • 0–4 attendees: Class canceled (no payment)
    • 5–20 attendees: $200
    • 21–30 attendees: $200 + $10 per attendee over 20
      (Example: 24 attendees = $240)
    • 31–40 attendees: $300 + $10 per attendee over 30
      (Example: 37 attendees = $370)
    • 41–50 attendees: $400 + $10 per attendee over 40
      (Example: 45 attendees = $450)
      * Workshops without an additional fee follow the same compensation structure.

    Make & Take Workshops

    • Instructors set their own pricing to cover materials and instruction
    • 100% of Make & Take revenue goes directly to the instructor
    • Make & Take sessions are not eligible for additional compensation beyond collected fees


    Promotion Expectations:
     As part of HAuNTcon’s educational lineup, instructors are expected to actively promote their session and the event to help drive attendance through social media, word of mouth, or other appropriate channels within their reach. 

    Instructor Benefits: Two (2) All Access passes to HAuNTcon

    Trade Show Booth Option: Instructors who wish to exhibit on the trade show floor may reserve a booth separately. Booth space is limited and not guaranteed for instructors

    Travel & Accommodations: All travel and accommodation arrangements are the sole responsibility of the instructor.

    HAuNTcon reserves the right to modify programming, scheduling, or session placement as needed.

  • By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • I have read and agree to the HAuNTcon Instructor Agreement
    • I agree to allow HAuNTcon to use my name, likeness, and session materials for promotional purposes.
    • I agree to allow HAuNTcon to record my session and use the recording for promotional and educational purposes.
    • I understand that HAuNTcon is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the event.
    • I understand that I am responsible for my own travel, lodging and expenses.
    • I understand that HAuNTcon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule my session if necessary.
    • I understand that I must notify HAuNTcon of any cancellations by January 1, 2027. Late cancellations may impact eligibility for future participation.
    • I agree to present original content only. Unauthorized use of proprietary materials (including other educators’ handouts, presentations, or creative work) is strictly prohibited. Any intellectual property violations may result in forfeiture of compensation and exclusion from future consideration as an instructor.
    • I certify that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

  • NOTE: HAuNTcon does not require non-compete agreements from its instructors. All intellectual property remains the sole property of the instructor, and presenters are free to share their material at their discretion.
