    Terms & Conditions – 2026 We reserve the right to deny participation to any group, business, or individual whose presence or materials diminish the culture, purpose, or mission of the event. This event is a charity fundraiser and all participation fees are tax-deductible donations. The event will take place rain or shine, unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe. All fees are non-refundable.By completing this registration form, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your participation in Latino Fest (LF) and agree to carry your own liability insurance. Hispanic Alliance GA (HAGA), its board members, staff, volunteers, and all individuals involved in the planning and execution of this event are released from any and all liability upon submission and signature of this form. Each participant is responsible for maintaining their booth space, including proper trash disposal during set-up and breakdown. An additional $100 fee may be assessed if trash or materials are left behind at your booth.Set-up time is strictly between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. Set-up outside of this window interferes with programming and poses a safety hazard and will not be permitted.No distribution of food or beverages is allowed at booths. No selling is permitted at any booth without prior written authorization. Distribution of materials or information is limited strictly to your assigned booth space.
  • The deadline to register is August 26, 2026. Registrations submitted after this date will incur a $100 increase across all sponsorship and vendor tiers, subject to availability.
