1、注册费不可退还。
2、如选择按月付学费，需于每月第一个工作日之前完成支付。如未按时支付，将收取每周 $25 的滞纳金，直至费用结清。
3、除因课程取消（例如因教师原因或学校场地安排导致无法上课）外，学生因个人原因缺课，学费不予退还。如果中途退出，将按照$220/月计算实际应交学费，然后从已交学费中减去，余额即为退还金额。
4、如学生行为扰乱课堂秩序、存在安全隐患、违反本项目或学校相关规定，或影响其他学生的学习环境与安全，本项目保留暂停或终止该学生参与课程的权利。
5、我理解参加本项目涉及一定的固有风险，包括但不限于日常活动中的意外伤害或财产损失。在法律允许的最大范围内，本人自愿承担相关风险，并同意不追究 All Stars Mandarin Center（辰星中文学校）及 AP Giannini Middle School，以及其工作人员、志愿者或代表因一般过失导致的任何责任。本免责条款不适用于重大过失或故意不当行为。
1. The registration fee is non-refundable.
2. Monthly tuition must be paid by the first business day of each month. A late fee of $25 per week will be charged for overdue payments until the balance is fully paid.
3. Except when classes are canceled due to instructor availability or school facility arrangements, no refunds will be issued for student absences for personal reasons. The actual attendance will be calculated at the rate of $220/month, and will be deducted from the whole year tuition for a refund.
4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a student’s participation in the program if the student’s behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates program or school rules, or if such behavior affects the learning environment or safety of other students.
5. I understand that participation in this program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidental injury or property loss during program activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release All Stars Mandarin Center (辰星中文学校) and AP Giannini Middle School, including their staff, volunteers, and representatives, from liability for ordinary negligence arising from participation in the program. This waiver does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
