WCE TRAINING LLC - TERMS OF SERVICE & LIABILITY WAIVER
1. Who This Agreement Covers
This agreement is between the participant (or parent/guardian if under 18) and WCE Training LLC.
It also includes and protects:
Coach Will Clarke
All WCE coaches, guest coaches, and trainers
Any staff or contractors working under WCE Training
Facility partners, including Triple Crown Athletic (TCA)
Throughout this agreement, all of the above are referred to as "WCE Training" or "we."
2. Understanding the Risks
Athletic training is active and physical, and while we take safety seriously, injuries can happen.
These may include:
Muscle strains or soreness
Sprains or joint injuries
Falls or contact-related injuries
More serious injuries in rare cases
By participating, you understand and accept that these risks are part of training.
3. Health & Medical Responsibility
By signing this agreement, you confirm that:
The participant is physically able to take part in training
Any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations have been shared with us
You understand it is your responsibility to seek medical advice if needed
WCE Training is not responsible for issues related to conditions that were not disclosed.

4. Liability Waiver
By participating in WCE Training, you agree:
To release WCE Training LLC, Triple Crown Athletic (TCA), and all coaches/trainers from liability for injuries that may occur during training
Not to pursue legal action against WCE Training for normal risks associated with athletic participation
This applies to group training, 1-on-1 sessions, clinics, programs, and any training conducted on-site or off-site.
5. Coaching & Staff Coverage
Training sessions may be led by Coach Will Clarke, WCE Training staff, or guest coaches (including professional athletes).
All coaches and trainers working through WCE Training are fully covered under this agreement.
6. Coach Availability
Due to professional commitments, there may be times when a specific coach is unavailable.
If this happens, WCE Training will provide:
A qualified replacement coach
A prorated refund
Or a credit toward future training
7. Program Conduct
We are committed to creating a positive, focused training environment.
Participants are expected to:
Follow instructions
Show respect to coaches and other athletes
Train safely and responsibly
If a participant is removed for behavior issues, a refund may be considered but is not guaranteed.

8. Injury Policy
If an athlete is unable to continue due to injury:
The remaining balance will be issued as an account credit
Credits can be used toward future training or recovery services
Refunds are not provided for injuries
9. Final Sales Policy
All training purchases are final
Missed sessions are not refundable
No transfers or exchanges outside of the policies listed above
10. Photo & Video Permission
We may take photos or videos during training for social media, website content, and promotions.
By signing, you give permission for this use.
No compensation will be provided
You may request removal in writing at any time
11. Agreement & Responsibility
By signing below, you acknowledge that:
You have read and understand this agreement
You understand the risks involved in training
You agree to follow all policies and guidelines
12. Electronic Signature
Signing electronically or checking an agreement box counts as a legally binding signature and has the same effect as signing by hand.
