Agreement & Acknowledgment
Please confirm that you understand and agree to the following:
- The certification process may take 30–60 days from the time NBHEI receives your completed assessment.
- The application fee is non-refundable.
- You agree that you or a designated team member will actively participate in and complete each step of the Soul of Service Certification process, including the assessment, masterclass, and on-site evaluation.
- Certification is valid per location for a period of one (1) year.
- Recertification is completed through a shorter annual renewal process designed to maintain standards.
- Certification may be revoked or denied if Soul of Service standards are not met and maintained.
