Santa Fe Indian Market Dates and Times

The SWAIA Santa Fe Indian Market dates and times are: Saturday, August 15th 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday August 16th 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Non-profit booths are required to set up both Saturday and Sunday during Indian Market.
Fees

The booth fee is $500.00. The booth fee must be received upon acceptance in order to insure your position.
Eligilibility

Native Enterprises/Non-Profit groups and organizations that provide services to U.S Federally recognized tribal members and First Nations of Canada are allowed to apply. Native Enterprises/Non-Profit groups must submit one copy of their 501 c(3) status upon applying.

Booth Spaces & Locations

Non-Profit booths are located outside at Cathedral Park in Downtown Santa Fe, East of the Santa Fe Plaza. Booths are 10' x 10' are required to bring their own set-up we supply canopy, poles: Native Enterprises/Non-Profits including tables, chairs, signage, displays,etc.).
Costs

Payment of $500.00 booth fee is due upon acceptance. Money Orders and Credit Cards are valid payment options. We encourage you to have free hand outs to draw attention to your organization.
Load In/Load Out Times

SWAIA will be sending out a Non-Profit SFIM Informational Packet that will include any additional information that will be needed plus your load in/ load out times. It is crucial to stick to the designated times assigned to you for drop off and pick up.
-MISREPRESENTATION OR VIOLATION OF SWAIA RULES & STANDARDS WILL LEAD TO DISMISSAL FROM INDIAN MARKET AND MAY AFFECT YOUR FUTURE STATUS-
