  • A Historic Opportunity for Unity in Northwest Ohio

    Community members from across the region will gather at Northwest Ohio Classical Academy (NOCA) in Toledo, June 19-20, 2026 for an unforgettable patriotic celebration—Liberty at 250: A Declaration Celebration.

    This two-day event honors the 250th anniversary of America’s Declaration of Independence with high-profile keynote speakers, patriotic music, educational sessions, and family activities to inspire the next generation.

    This is a free event where you can connect with local organizations who share your timeless American values of constitutional freedom, strong families, free enterprise, and love of country.

  • Who is Organizing the Event?

    Civic leaders and community organizers from Northwest Ohio, including Foundation for Life, Americans For Prosperity Ohio, Back to the Basics, Wood County Republicans Women’s Club, Perrysburg Stands Up, and many volunteers, are working together to organize this celebratory and memorable event.  Sharing the vision and values of America’s founding fathers, they are dedicated to passing along this legacy to the next generation. This is a non-profit event with free admission for the whole family!

    Saturday Events (8:30 a.m.–3 p.m.)

    • Breakout Sessions*: Life, Liberty & the Pursuit of Happiness
    • Children's Educational Games & Activities
    • Sponsor Booths
    • Lunch by Erin Ann's (Sylvania, OH)
    • Afternoon Keynote Speaker: Dr. Matthew Spalding, Hillsdale College, Author
    • Joint Education Session SAR's/DAR's Re-Enactors (Sons & Daughters of the American Revolution)

    This is a FREE Event, but registration for Saturday IS recommended.*

    GENERAL REGISTRATION includes:

    • General attendance on Saturday
    • Optional Saturday Lunch by Erin Ann's: $15/person
      Prepay with your General Registration by Thursday, June 11.
    • Add a copy of "The 1776 Report" (Arnn, Swain, Spalding), a $15 value for just $10. [Pick up at the event.]
