Approval & Payment Process
The Elite Barrel Race staff will review applications received in the order that they are received. If your vendor application is accepted, you will receive a contract and invoice via email within 10 business days. Your vendor space fee will be due by June 10, 2026. Cancellations after June 10, 2026 will not be refunded. Cancellations prior to June 10, 2026, after payment has been received will be refunded less a $150 administrative processing fee. Contracts issued with no payment remitted by deadline will be null and void, forfeiting your vendor space.
Terms & Conditions
The Elite Barrel Race staff is interested in reputable vendors who can provide products and services specific to the needs of its contestants. To that end, all vendors providing MUST meet state licensing requirements and provide evidence of qualification in written form 30 days prior to the event. The Elite Barrel Race staff reserves the right to take such action as it deems necessary in the best interest of its contestants and may accept or reject any vendor application based on that criteria.
