Neighborhood HealthSource Clinics would like to invite you to be a community vendor at our community events this year! Whether you are a returning partner or a new partner organization, our events would not be possible without your support! Our events are intended to bring the community together, be enjoyable and exciting while connecting families to community education, resources, and healthcare services. Please see below for more information regarding event details and registering for our event.

VENDOR PARTICIPATION FEE & EVENT DETAILS
In previous years, we had asked our community vendors for a vendor participation fee per event.

This year, we would like to ask our community vendors for a vendor participation fee based on the organization type in the form of cash or check made payable to Neighborhood HealthSource addressed to the following:

3300 Fremont Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55412

Vendor participation fees are allocated towards event expenses including raffle prizes, food, entertainment, and licenses.

For other available payments or if you are unable to contribute by paying the vendor participation fee, our Marketing and Communications Coordinator will contact you to discuss alternative options including online payment methods (credit/debit card) or a door prize contribution.
Vendor Participation Fee Based on Organization Type
PLEASE NOTE:

We ask vendors to come prepared with their own table, chairs, and anything additional you and your team may need. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the event start time to set up.

For the Sheridan Clinic Trunk or Treat event, we give vendors the creative option to decorate the trunks of their cars for the trunk-or-treat activity part of the event. Here is an example!

If you or your organization would like to participate in our Take Pride in Yourself Resource Fair at LUSH on Friday, June 12th from 5:30-8PM, please indicate your interest by selecting the option below.
We ask this only because there is limited spacing at the venue.
