Things we are looking for in our backpacker team are enthusiasm, a positive attitude and desire to meet new people in a fun and social environment.
The Brick Bay team is extremely dynamic and hardworking, you need to be full of energy, fit and healthy.
Our peak summer season is December-February, we only close for 2 days of Christmas on 24th & 24th December, and are open all other days through the holidays. ALL OF OUR TEAM MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK THROUGHOUT THIS PERIOD.
