FINANCIAL CAPABILITY - PATHWAYS TO HOME OWNERSHIP
Supporting individuals and families through tailored workshops focusing on financial awareness, financial capability, financial confidence and homeownership readiness.
The programme is delivered within a culturally grounded framework that recognises the core values, strengths and lived experiences of Pacific communities.
Programme Outline
- Four Workshops (Face-to-face at Le Fale Jobs & Skills Hub, Cannons Creek)
- Workshop 1: Mindset Shifts
- Workshop 2: Financial Awareness
- Workshop 3: Pre-Approval Process
- Workshop 4: Manage your Mortgage
These workshops will be held over two week periods. Each workshop will be held on a Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm. We have the next three intakes for you to select in the calendar below.
