Your people: How you hire, support and develop your workforce, including diversity and inclusion, safe working conditions, and the culture you're building.

Your suppliers: Who you buy from, and whether those suppliers create social value. This includes your social procurement policy and outcomes, your modern slavery response, and how you engage your supply chain.

Your customers: What you offer the world, and how it contributes to wellbeing or addresses social challenges, including product accessibility and ethical or sustainable considerations.

Your communities: How you engage and support the communities you operate in, including stakeholder engagement, volunteering, donations, and strategic or pro bono initiatives.
