It's that time of year again! Submit your applications to be entered into the non-alcoholic beverage lottery.
Please consider also submitting a Food Booth application as only 5 non-alcoholic beverage booths will be selected each year.

Tuesday, June 9th: Drawing takes place at the MB Fair Board Meeting. Winners will be contacted by the end of the week.
October 4-5, 2025: Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair Weekend!
REMINDERS
- Remember you must be a 501(c)3 non-profit to have a booth in the Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair. Commerical food vendors will not be accepted.
- If you had a Non-Alcoholic Beverage Booth during the 2025 Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair, you are ineligible to operate one during the 2026 fair.
- Organizations are only allowed to sell item(s) for which they've been approved, no exceptions.
- If you win the lottery, your place is not guaranteed until you have paid the Participation Fees outlined below.
Booth Information
We will randomly select 5 organizations to operate the 4 beverage booths (bottled or canned non-alcoholic beverages) and 1 Kid-Country Snack Booth (packaged snacks, juice boxes, water).
Selected organizations will receive a space at the fair, and must provide a 10'x10' tented booth that meet the requirements of L.A. County Health Department (see below).
On average, there are 50+ local charitable organizations who apply to host a Food/Beverage Booth.
Participation Fees
This year the Fair will be charging a Participation Fee of $300 for Manhattan Beach based Non-Profit Organizations and $325 for non Manhattan Beach based Non-Profit Organizations. This fee includes the $118/$143 base registration fee, $82 L.A. County Temporary Food Facility Fee (TFF) and $100 flat fee for up to 16 bags of ice, provided on site at the fair.
Each organization is required to supply all equipment necessary to meet L.A. County Health Department regulations, including items such as a canopy that is enclosed on three sides, appropriate ground covering such as a tarp, tables, chairs, utensils and other supplies necessary to operate the booth.
Weather related refunds will not be processed as long as the fair is held.
