1、注册费用不可退还。
2、报名后会自动收到学费单邮件。超过截止日期付学费，会收取$25/周的滞纳金。按月付学费需要在每月第一个工作日付清。我们会单独联系家长设置每月付款提醒。
3、除因课程取消（例如因教师原因或学校场地安排导致无法上课）外，学生因个人原因缺课，学费不予退还。
4、第二节课（Session 2)的学生每周最多可上两次第一节课(Session 1)，若超过两次，则需按Session 1的收费标准缴费。
5、如果中途退出，将不再享有$50 off的优惠。将按照学费标准计算实际应交学费，然后从已交学费中减去，余额即为退还金额。
6、学生在规定的放学时间后的5分钟宽限期内没有被接走，家长会被收取$1/分钟的迟接费。
7、如学生行为扰乱课堂秩序、存在安全隐患、违反本项目或学校相关规定，或影响其他学生的学习环境与安全，本项目保留暂停或终止该学生参与课程的权利。
8、我理解参加本项目涉及一定的固有风险，包括但不限于日常活动中的意外伤害或财产损失。
在法律允许的最大范围内，本人自愿承担相关风险，并同意不追究 All Stars Mandarin Center（辰星中文学校）及 Commodore Sloat Elementary School，以及其工作人员、志愿者或代表因一般过失导致的任何责任。本免责条款不适用于重大过失或故意不当行为
1. The registration fee is non-refundable.
2. After registration, you will automatically receive an email with the tuition invoice. The late payment fee will be charged at the rate of $25/week. The monthly payment is due on the first workday of each month. We will reach out to parents separately to set up monthly payment reminders.
3. Except when classes are canceled due to instructor availability or school facility arrangements, no refunds will be issued for student absences for personal reasons.
4. Students in Session 2 may attend the Session 1 class up to twice a week. If they attend more than twice, Session 1 rates will apply.
5. If you withdraw halfway, you will no longer be eligible for the $50 discount. We calculate the actual tuition owed based on the tuition fee rate. Then, we'll subtract it from the fees already paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
6. If students are not picked up within the 5-minute grace period following our regular dismissal time, parents will be charged $1 per minute until the child is picked up.
7. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a student’s participation in the program if the student’s behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates program or school rules, or if such behavior affects the learning environment or safety of other students.
8. I understand that participation in this program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidental injury or property loss during program activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release All Stars Mandarin Center (辰星中文学校) and Commodore Sloat Elementary School, including their staff, volunteers, and representatives, from liability for ordinary negligence arising from participation in the program. This waiver does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
