    Please select the week beginning on Sunday that you would like Liquid Renovations to begin your plaster project.

    Note: We are currently scheduling 3–4 weeks out, so please choose your date accordingly.

    Remember to attach a pool plan with dimensions. Include the internal surface area with fitting locations, if possilbe.

  • Liquid Renovations will install clear (stop leak) fittings.

  • (Note: MicroGlass requires 4-6 hr dry time before filling pool/spa) *If hose filled, PM or Homeowner will need to turn water on to fill Requested plaster dates are not guaranteed.

    Plaster dates will be validated & confirmed one     week prior to the date requested. Due to the constant shifts, this will be the best way to guarantee we can plaster your pool within 5-7 days of the plaster date requested on this form. We must have this form filled out prior to scheduling. We will contact you the week prior to ensure the job is ready and what day you will be put in for installation.
