We first would like to you for choosing our company for your needs. Our company is diverse we offer a wide variety of services to try to work with as many clients as possible. All of our employees are either currently certified or retired law enforcement officers. We like to be transparent with clients or potential clients. - Shadow Intelligence & Investigations LLC requires all documentation to be filled out truthfully and to the best of the clients ability. We use this to assess everything from routes traveled, extra personnel, and additional attention that may be required.
- The client is responsible after returning all necessary paperworks to pay a non-refundable deposit. This funding is used to cover the expenses we incur securing vehicles, pay agents, and performing background and intelligence gaithering prior to the date of service.
- If you want us to arrange airfaire we require a formed to be filled out so we can contact one of our contractors. Once we provide them with the information the client is responsible for paying all fees that the contractors require.
- If the client wishes for us to be with them when they arrive at their destination the client will be responsible for providing a meeting location where our agents can rendevouzous. If the client wishes us to fly with him all of our agents have taken the necessary classes through TSA on how to travel with firearms. Our operations team will arrange for ground transportation to meet at the arrival airport.
- If you look at our vehicle selections its mid-size to full size suvs. Depending on how many individuals are traveling the client may recieve additional billings for additional vehicles. We try to provide our client with atleast two armed agents in the clients vehicle and then any aditional agents if needed will be positioned.
- We do not allow the clients drive any vehicle while providing services with said client. This is a safety issue. Our agents will provide you with all of your transportation needs. Our agents have been through evasive and defensive driving courses and are certified to operate vehciles at high than normal speeds.
- If you have any major medical issues we ask you disclose it to one of the agents assigned to your detail. If you have severe allergies that requires an epi-pen, heart problems, seizures, asthma, or anything that can affect your health rapidly we need to know. The agent assigned to the clients vehicle is trained in tactical casualty medical care and will have medical supplies with him. Our agents are trained to assess, treat and stabilize durig transport to the most appropriate medical care facility that has the capabilites to treat the illness or injury.
