Cancellation Policy Agreement

Thank you for choosing us to assist you with your transportation and safety needs. This agreement explains what occurs if you have to cancel the contract for services you signed. As explained in the contract we require a retainer based on several factors including how many indivduals will be traveling, if you had us book transportation via ground and or air. When booking vehicles were required to pay a down payment to reserve the vehicle. Depending on the size of the group we had to dispatch agents to the location 24 to 48 hours prior so they could do on site intelligence and threat assessments. Then the manpower and hours that go into preparing an operations plan to ensure you and your company remained safe during your trip.

If you have booked an aircraft one of our coordinators would have contacted one of the several flight rental companies we work with. Once we provided them with all the required information they prodcuced a quote and emailed it to (you) the client along with payment options. Your contract should be able to explain how they handle a cancellation.

 

When cancelling we request three weeks prior to the service's date. This allows our agents to be reassigned and not have a loss of income. If your contract was cancelled due to violating our service agreements policy you will be responsible for the total amount due even though the contract was cancelled by our agents due to a violation of our legal policies. Our agents are held to the highest standards when representing the company and working with clients. 

Please complete filling out the next page and signing stating that you have reviewed and understand the cancellation policy. Once the form is signed and sent back a manger will sign it and email a copy back to you for your records.
