Scholarship Application - 2026
The DeMolay Foundation of Michigan annually awards scholarships to members who excel in academics and leadership in their community, school, and DeMolay. It is through these young men’s accomplishments that examples are set for others to follow. Applications for the DeMolay Foundation of Michigan scholarships will only be accepted from January 1 to midnight May 31, Eastern time.

ONLY APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE WILL BE ACCEPTED. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS AND APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED OUTSIDE THE STATED FILING TIMES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
The applicant must be an ACTIVE DEMOLAY or SENIOR DEMOLAY (and have not yet obtained the age of 25 years), who is a member in good standing in a DeMolay Chapter in the Jurisdiction of Michigan. Also, the applicant must be a High School senior or an undergraduate college student, who plans to attend an accredited college, university, trade, or vocational school.

All applicants must supply an official transcript of grades from their high school that includes the most recent marking period. College students must also include a transcript of their most recent grades and GPA.

This scholarship is a GRANT. You are not required to repay the DeMolay Foundation of Michigan for any amount(s) that may be awarded, if you attend an accredited institution. HOWEVER, if for any reason you do not attend an accredited institution within six months of being awarded a scholarship, it will be expected that you return the awarded amount.

I, the undersigned, declare that I am applying for a scholarship from the DeMolay Foundation of Michigan to further my education at any institute of higher learning. All proceeds from any scholarship that may be awarded will be used exclusively to subsidize the cost of tuition, books, and other expenses directly related to my education, and that I'll proceed with the intention to graduate.

Further, I understand that this scholarship is awarded for the current college year for which I am applying. The award must be claimed by December 31 of the year awarded and that I must remain a student in good standing and provide evidence of continued good standing in order to receive this scholarship.

I understand that, if I am awarded a scholarship and I do not attend an accredited school within six months of the award, I am expected to repay/return the awarded amount.

I acknowledge that I have read the application and have provided all the requested information. All information contained herein is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand by making and signing this application, I incur no liability to repay any portion of the scholarship, should one be granted.
