Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in soccer activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, physical contact and collisions with other participants, overexertion, weather conditions (including heat, rain, or cold), uneven or slippery playing surfaces, and the use of soccer equipment. I acknowledge that these risks may result in injury or illness. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in the RED TORNADO FC FALL/WINTER 2026/27 Tryouts.
Release and Waiver of Liability

I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian, agree that I will not sue and hereby release, waive, and discharge Red Tornado FC, its directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, facility owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from accidents, injuries, illness, or damages related to my child’s participation in Red Tornado FC camps, tryout, training sessions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
