Welcome to Catalyst

Before you apply, read this carefully: Catalyst is 1:1 work with Lenna. It's not coaching in the traditional sense and it's not therapy. It works through the body using TRE (tension and trauma release), somatic inquiry, and parts work. This is not entry-level inner work. Lenna works with women who are past the healing and recovery phase. This is for women who have already done significant personal work and are now in their refinement era. If you are currently in active trauma processing, seeking stabilisation, or looking for a primary therapeutic container, this is not the right fit. Catalyst is £1200 for two months online or £1300 in person. If you're the right fit, Lenna will invite you in.
