Volunteer Roles
- SET UP (Arrive at 7am - 10am)
- *PLEASE NOTE: set up volunteers will be walking for the majority of their shift and will need to lift and/or carry heavy objects.
  - Assist staff with setting up tents, tables, speakers, and signage.
  - Help set-up yard games and other event features.
  - Assist with unloading artists' vehicles.
  - Check in with artists setting up their booths.
- INFO BOOTH/RRAC BOOTH (2 Shift Options)
- Option 1: Arrive at 10am - 1pm
- Option 2: Arrive at 1pm - 4pm
  - Greet folks as they enter the art fair and provide basic knowledge of the day's events.
  - Assist attendess at activity-specific tables.
  - Check in with vending artists.
  - Assist RRAC staff with the sale of raffle tickets.
  - Pass out maps and 'scavenger hunt bingo' information.
  - Provide information/hand out flyers for upcoming Rumriver Art/Ramsey Parks and Recreation programs
- TAKE DOWN (Arrive at 3:30pm - 6:00pm)
- *PLEASE NOTE: take down volunteers will be walking for the majority of their shift and will need to lift and/or carry heavy objects.
  - Assist staff with taking down tents, tables, speakers, and signage.
  - Help take down yard games and other event features.
  - Assist staff with loading equipment into vehicles.
