Course Requirements

Course Requirements Acknowledgment: I understand and agree that all required online training must be completed before the first in-person session. I also understand that full attendance at all scheduled in-person sessions is required. Participants who miss any portion of the course may fail to meet American Red Cross course requirements and may be ineligible for certification. Certification is not guaranteed. To earn certification, participants must successfully complete all American Red Cross course requirements, including online coursework, prerequisite swimming skills, in-water skills, classroom instruction, CPR/AED and First Aid skills, final skill evaluations, and written exams. Failure to complete the required online training, attend all sessions, or successfully complete the required skills and exams may result in failure of the course. Transfers to a later session may be offered if available, but are not guaranteed and are subject to the course refund/transfer policy.
Refund Policy

Cancellations Prior to One Week: If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the scheduled date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. No Refunds After One Week: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable. Absences: No refunds will be issued due to absence. We recommend notifying us in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled session. Failure: If a participant fails to meet the course requirement or does not successfully pass the class, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Emergency Absence: In certain circumstances, such as emergencies, we may consider issuing a refund for cancellations made within the 7-day window. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy. I acknowledge that lifeguard training involves physical activity and aquatic skills. I confirm that I am physically able to participate. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Elite Swim Training LLC, its staff, and American Red Cross from any liability for injuries or incidents that may occur during training.
