  • The Bent County Board of Health (BOH) hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 6th, 2026 beginning at 1:00pm at the Bent County Ambulance Service Conference Room, located at 25 North Bent Avenue in Las Animas, Colorado. The purpose of this hearing is concerning required updates to Regulation 43 of the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) Regulations.
