2026 Sunset City Fun Days (July 17th-18th, 2026) Vendor Application Form
Please fill out the form below completely in order to participate in the event. Forms that are not completely filled will not be accepted. In order to reserve your spot, you must pay the fee by calling the Sunset City office at 801-825-1628 during business hours (Mon-Thurs, 8am-5pm/Fri, 8am-12pm noon). Choose option 2 for Administration and let them know you need to pay your vendor fee for the Sunset City Fun Days. (Please note: the front office can only take your payment after your application form has been received and approved by Council Member Rigley). ***Vendor fees must be paid no later than Wednesday, July 15th, 2026***
Booth Information
Vendors are required to provide their own booth or trailer and any other equipment needed, including tables, chairs, walls (if you wish to hang things), power, etc. We cannot reserve vendor space based on the prior year's placement. Space is limited and the requirements may have changed. PLEASE NOTE: After dropping off your merchandise, flyers, and other goods, all vehicles must be moved away from the vendor sites.
Fee Information
Vendor fee will be $65 per booth (please note: there is no electricity provided - if you are wanting electricity, you will need to provide your own via generator, etc.).

Liability Release
I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunset City Corporation, its agents and/or employees from any and all liability for bodily injury or property damage or loss sustained by me, my agents and/or employees as a result of, or arising out of, the activities conducted or engaged in pursuant to this agreement. I further agree to abide by all the rules and regulations pertaining to these events set forth in this document or any other written or verbal directions from the directors of this event. By signing this agreement, I agree to follow all rules and guidelines set forth in this document, the cover letter and all other information pertaining to Sunset City's 2026 Fun Days.
