    Submit your minutes for your team here! Enter the total minutes of exercise you completed each day of the week for a maximum of 120 minutes a day. You are welcome to exercise more, but only 120 minutes a day will count towards your team.
  • Minutes must be submitted by Sunday night to count towards the previous week.

    Do not submit future workouts, if you submit minutes for future days (by submitting minutes for a day in the future), those minutes will not be counted for your team.

    • For workouts from Apr 12–18, submit minutes on Sunday, Apr 19
    • For workouts from Apr 19–25, submit minutes on Sunday, Apr 26
    • For workouts from Apr 26–May 2, submit minutes on Sunday, May 3
    • For workouts from May 3–9, submit minutes on Sunday, May 10
    • For workouts from May 10–16, submit minutes on Sunday, May 17
    • For workouts from May 17–23, submit minutes on Sunday, May 24
    • For workouts from May 24–30, submit minutes on Saturday, May 30

    Don't forget that minutes are due by the end of day each Sunday or they may not be counted for that week!
