• The Joffrey Ballet & Northwestern Medicine's "Dancing with Parkinson's" Summer Session 2026 at Lake Forest

  • Welcome to the registration page for Summer Session of Dancing with Parkinson's at our Lake Forest Location! We will be accepting 35 participants for class at this time. Registration will close and a waitlist will open if/when class reaches capacity.
     

  • CLASS DETAILS

    • Our DwP Lake Forest Summer Session will consist of 5 classes on June 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th. 
    • Class will take place on Mondays from 11:30-12:30pm at Northwestern Medicine's Lake Forest Health and Fitness Center (1200 N Westmoreland Rd).
    • You are welcome to register yourself, as well as a family member, friend, or caregiver. Please only register a family, friend, or caregiver if they will actually take class with you.
    • Please only register if you are able to attend the majority of scheduled classes. This class is in high demand; we ask if you know you cannot make the majority of scheduled classes, consider allowing others to register. If you are unsure of your schedule, email ahileman@joffrey.org to be placed on a waitlist. 
    • The first half of class is seated. All participants have the option to stand halfway through class, but you are welcome to stay seated for the whole duration of class.
    • Feel free to wear clothes that you feel best moving in. The flooring is rubber, so socks are recommended for ease of movement. However, you are welcome to wear light sneakers if that is more comfortable.
