Please read carefully, as these are the vendor guidelines that you MUST follow as a vendor particpant in the 2026 Willy Street Fair.

Registration Fees:

Food Vendors: Sizing guides include trailer hitch.
Vendor Location:
Vendor locations & arrival instructions are sent out two weeks prior to event.
Vendor Booth Size:
Booth spaces are approximately 12' wide x 10' deep. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and pop-up tent (reasonable accommodations made for food vendors).
Vendors may request for specific placement, but no guarantees will be made.
Parking:
Parking is NOT provided by the event. Parking can be found in parking lot off S. Patterson Street, between Williamson Street and E. Main Street.
Electricity:
- Fair organizers do not provide electricity.
- Generators must not be louder than 60 decibels (the sound of a conversation, similar to a Honda Whisperer generator).
- Vendors are encouraged to bring battery-powered fan, lights, etc.
- The use of a personal generator louder than 60 decibels may result in the forfeit of your booth space and vendor fee.
Licensing:
- ATTENTION Food & Beverage Vendors: Vendors must list their State of WI temporary event license or food cart license. This is required for your application to be accepted.
- All other Vendors selling items MUST have a State of Wisconsin Seller’s Permit.
Insurance:
- VENDOR REGISTRATION WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT PROOF OF INSURANCE.
All Vendors must have: Commercial Liablity and Auto Insurance
1. Commercial Liability (provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing BOTH Common Wealth Development and the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center as additionally insured as follows):
$1,000,000/$2,000,000 limits
Additionally Insured Required
2. Commercial Auto Liability
- $1,000,000 limits
Hired / Non-Owned auto required
Personal Policy may be submitted
3. If employees present, Workers' Compensation or Employer's Liability
- Coverage A (Workers' compensation) or
Coverage B (Employer's liability) with 100/500
Overnight Saturday to Sunday Morning:
Tents can remain on the street overnight. Security will be present overnight however Common Wealth Development & the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center are not responsible for missing or damaged materials.
Water/Beverage Sales:
Food vendors ONLY are allowed to sell water and non-alcoholic beverages in plastic bottles or cans. No glass allowed.
Trash:
All vendor-generated trash on Sunday night is expected to be taken to the event dumpsters on S. Brearly Street. Please make sure to pick up ALL the trash around your booth area. Trash left for event staff will lead to exclusion from future events.
