    College Students: What qualifies you as a resident of a New England state?

    • Living in the state solely to attend a university does not qualify you as a resident; you must demonstrate other reasons (establishing a household, registering your vehicle in that state, a driver's license in that state).
    • You must live in the state with the intent of making it your true, fixed, and permanent home.
    • Dependent Students (Under 24): If you are financially dependent on your parents, they must meet the 12-month domicile requirement in the state.

  • Parent/Guardian information is required for any youth participant who will be under 18 at the time of the Summit. 

    Any youth 16 and under will be required to be accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult approved by their parent or guardian. Further details will be provided upon acceptance.

    The New England Youth Diversion Summit is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants, presenters, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers.

    By attending the Summit, participants agree to:

    • Treat all participants, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, venue staff, and event staff with respect and professionalism.
    • Engage in discussions in a respectful and constructive manner.
    • Refrain from disruptive behavior, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or inappropriate language or conduct.
    • Follow all venue policies and directions from event staff
       

    Entry & Participation

    Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or detrimental to the event or other participants.

    Event organizers reserve the right to request proper identification and to deny entry or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or detrimental to the health, safety, or experience of event staff, venue staff, exhibitors, sponsors, or other participants.
