  • Market Details & Instructions

    Season Dates: June 4th - September 17, 2026
    Market Hours: Thursday Nights, 4:30pm-7:30pm
    Application Period: April 13th - April 30th

    Vendor Pricing:

    • 10x10 Booth - $100 per season
    • 10x20 Booth - $175 per season
    • Food trucks (20x20) - $225 per season
    • Drop in rates:
      • 10x10 @ $25 per market
      • 10x20 @ $40 per market

    Vendor Requirements:

    • Cottage Food License required (if applicable)

    • Food vendors must meet all applicable health department requirements

    • Canopies and proper weights are required for all booth vendors

    • Vendors must remain set up for the duration of the marketIf sold out, please display a “Sold Out” sign and remain set up to support the market atmosphere

    • Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space and removing all trash at the end of the market

    Market Schedule:

    • Set-Up: 3:00 PM – 4:15 PM (All vehicles must be unloaded and moved by 4:15 PM)
    • Market Hours: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
    • Tear Down: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM

    City Fees (paid Separatelh to City of Shelleys Clerk's office):

    • Mobile Food Vendor: $20/year

    • Business Vendor: $25 first year / $5 annual renewal

    Payment Deadline: All fees due by May 20. Late fees may result in limited booth space.

    Please read the following information carefully before submitting your application:

    All vendor applications will be reviewed by the Shelley Farmers Market team. Vendors will be notified of their application status no later than May 14th, 2026.

    If accepted, all vendor booth fees and applicable city fees must be paid in full by May 20th, 2026.

    Payments will be made directly to the City of Shelley Clerk’s Office and must be submitted in the form of cash or check.

    Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your vendor space.
