View Waiver and Refund Policy
By signing below, the parent and/or guardian acknowledges and agrees that this waiver and refund policy is intended to apply to Cooper Academy, Coach Eric Cooper, all Cooper Academy staff, volunteers, contractors, representatives, agents, affiliates, and any other person or entity associated with Cooper Academy, as well as any facilities, properties, venues, or locations used by Cooper Academy for any purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all of the foregoing parties are released from and shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, injuries, incidents, or liabilities of any kind, including loss of life, arising out of or related to participation in, travel to or from, attendance at, or use of any Cooper Academy program, activity, event, or facility.
The parent and/or guardian assumes full responsibility for the participant and agrees that they are solely responsible for the participant’s conduct, supervision, participation, health, safety, and compliance with all rules and instructions. The parent and/or guardian further agrees that all sales are final and there are no refunds for any reason.
This language is intended to be broad and inclusive and to cover any and all claims, known or unknown, direct or indirect, anticipated or unanticipated, and any other matters that may arise, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
By continuing and signing below, the parent and/or guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
