NOTE: if you are not a current ARMCUMS Member, please go to the Join/Renew tab on the website homepage and either join or renew your membership BEFORE registering. The ARMCUMS Membership year for this conference is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Thank you! If you are registering during the 2025/2026 year, as a current member, please do not forget to renew your membership as soon as possible after July 1, 2026, in order to retain your conference registration. If your membership lapses and is not renewed by August 30, 2026, you will forfeit your conference registration fees and be ineligible to participate in the conference. Costs:
ARMCUMS works hard to keep conference costs as low as possible so that as many members as possible can attend and participate. We believe this affordability is one of the greatest benefits included in your annual membership.

This year, as we co-host the conference with the University Logistics and Supply Chain Association (ULSCA), we hope you recognize the added value this partnership brings and that your institution will support the slightly higher registration cost.

If the increased fee is a concern for you or your school but you would still like to attend, please complete the SCHOLARSHIP FORM. We will do our best to provide financial assistance through a reduced registration fee, depending on the number of applicants and available funds.

We sincerely thank you for your interest in attending and participating in the 2026 ARMCUMS Conference.

We are looking forward to the possibility of co-hosting with College and University Mail Services Association (CUMSA) in March/April of 2026. Yes, we do realize that will mean two conference expenses in the same fiscal year, but we will need to align with CUMSA's scheduled conference time in order to make this work. They will be the on-site host in Nashville, TN. Exciting times! - watch for more information to come soon on that conference.
