SAUNA USE AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER
By signing below, I agree to the following:

1. Role of Signer

2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that sauna use involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dehydration, burns, slips, falls, dizziness, and other health-related issues. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with sauna use.

3. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Club Sauna, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to sauna use, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under the laws of the states of Washington and Oregon.

4. Host Responsibilities (if applicable)
If signing as the Host / Group Organizer:
- I agree to share all safety rules and guidelines with Participants prior to use.
- I agree to ensure all Participants complete an individual waiver OR verbally acknowledge risks before use.
- I understand I may be held financially responsible for group-related damages or misuse.

5. Individual Responsibility
If signing as an Individual Participant:
- I am signing only on my own behalf.
- I am not assuming liability for any other Participant.

6. Health & Safety
I confirm that I am physically able to use a sauna. Sauna use is prohibited while under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol. I understand that certain conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, pregnancy, or heat sensitivity, may increase the risk of injury.

7. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Club Sauna from any claims arising from my own actions or use of the sauna.
If signing as Host: this includes claims arising from the group’s use, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Property Damage
I agree to be financially responsible for any damage caused by my actions.
If signing as Host: I accept responsibility for damage caused by my group during the rental period.

9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington or the State of Oregon, depending on where the rental occurs or where a claim is brought.
