By signing below, I agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that sauna use involves risks, including but not limited to dehydration, burns, slips, falls, dizziness, and other health-related issues. I voluntarily accept all risks.
2. Release of Liability
On behalf of myself and all guests attending my rental (“Participants”), I release and hold harmless Club Sauna, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or causes of action arising from sauna use, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
This release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under the laws of Washington and Oregon.
3. Responsibility for Guests
I am responsible for all Participants and will inform them of risks and rules. I accept responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss caused by myself or any Participant.
4. Health & Safety
I confirm that I and all Participants are physically able to use a sauna. No use under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol. I understand certain conditions (including heart conditions, pregnancy, or heat sensitivity) increase risk.
5. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and defend Club Sauna against any claims brought by any Participant or third party arising from our use.
6. Property Damage
I agree to pay for any damage caused by myself or Participants.
7. Governing Law
This agreement applies under the laws of Washington or Oregon, depending on where the rental occurs or where a claim is brought.
