GET INVOLVED — COMMITTEE CHAIRS WANTED! Interested in leading the charge on something you're passionate about? Check the box to be considered as a Committee Chair! Committee Chairs are the heart of how we get things done — you'd be leading your assigned event or initiative from start to finish. We just ask that you stay connected with your Executive Board liaison, show up for OUES PTO events, and be available to join Executive Board meetings when needed.

Social Media Coordinator - Responsible for coordinating and executing social media communications and photography. (Communications)Graphics Coordinator - Responsible for creating designs for the communications team whether it's for social, website, or marketing materials. Canva or Ai knowledge is helpful but not required. (Communications)Campus Photographer - Responsible for capturing photos of special occasions on campus. (Communications)Online Auction - Responsible for planning, sourcing packages, and executing the school auction. (Fundraising)Daddy - Daughter Dance - Responsible for planning and executing the dance for our current students and fathers. (Fundraising)Mother - Son Event - Responsible for planning and executing the event for our current students and mothers. (Fundraising)Birthday Grams - Ideate and execute birthday grams for students throughout the year. (Fundraising)Community Partnerships - Build relationships in the community to provide Spirit Nights and Giveback Events that benefit OUES. (Fundraising)Staff Appreciation & Birthday Gifts - Responsible to purchasing (with PTO funds) and delivering gifts to staff during appreciation days and birthdays. (Hospitality)Staff Appreciation Week - Lead the Staff Appreciation Week event in May and provide lunches, gifts and experiences to staff for the entire week. (Hospitality)Boo Hoo Breakfast - Responsible for planning and executing breakfast for OUES parents the morning of the first day of school. (Events)Family Picnic - Responsible for planning and executing the annual family picnic in the Fall '26. Requires coordination of the Dragon Dash Market with the Fundraising Team. (Events)Homecoming Parade - Coordination of auction family winners, the city, and the PTO to lead families in the Homecoming Parade. (Events)Grandparents Day - Responsible for planning and executing the event. (Events)Yearbook - Responsible for coordinating the school yearbook. Capture and source event, teacher, and campus photos throughout the year. (Programs)Birthday Books - Work with Mrs. Mitchell to manage the birthday book process - taking photos of students, packaging up books, and more. (Programs)Kindergarten GLC - Act as a liaison between the Kindergarten teachers, room moms, and PTO. (Volunteers)
