Teams may be altered prior to the start of the competition if a team member has to withdraw from the competition due to illness or injury. Please Note - Team entry is for clubs only. Gymnasts registered with different clubs may not combine to form teams.

    • We will randomly split large entries received for one section into two or more competitions.

  • Judge Provision

  • From the outset, all matters relating to judge provision or any judging matters and/or rules should be directed to:
    Debbie Morgan morgandebbie747@gmail.com

IMPORTANT: We will no longer be operating a missing judge fee system for non-provision of judges. Clubs entering this competition are expected to nominate and fulfill their judging obligations as outlined below. Entries without the full judge information required will be returned upon receipt along with any entry fees paid. Clubs will be fined @ £250 per judge for any judges that do not turn up. If you do not have judges at your club, you should source externally and pay appropriate expenses directly to them.

If you are only entering 1-2 gymnasts, you are not required to supply a judge.

3-9 gymnasts entered = 1 judge that can judge one whole day

10-19 gymnasts entered = 1 judge that can judge two whole days or, 2 judges that can judge one whole day each

20+ gymnasts entered = 1 judge that can judge three whole days or, 2-3 judges that can three whole days between them

Please check that your judges are available before nominating them and indicate their day(s) on your entry form. Your nominated judge(s) do not necessarily have to judge on the day your gymnasts are competing.

If your entry numbers decrease following the publication of the official programme, you will still be expected to fulfill your original judging obligations.

Please ensure all judges nominated hold a current judging award at the level of the gymnasts entered.
