Terms and Conditions When to pay: To secure the slot, please make the reservation payment of PHP 1,000 via gcash by the time when availability is confirmed. Purpose of the fee: This fee acts as a security deposit to lock in your date.Deduction: If the transaction proceeds, the reservation fee is usually deducted from the total accommodation cost of stay.Cancellation: If guests cancel their reservation 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival, they are penalized with a 50% fee equal to the total reservation cost and a 50% refundable fee.Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel your reservation within 7 days or fail to show up on the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation cost.Refund: The refund will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed by the resort. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original reservation.
