Terms and Conditions

When to pay: To secure the slot, please make the reservation payment of PHP 1,000 via the GCash QR code provided at the time the reservation is approved. We will email you as soon as your reservation has been approved.

Purpose of the fee: This fee acts as a security deposit to lock in your date.

Deduction: If the transaction proceeds, the reservation fee is usually deducted from the total accommodation cost of the stay.

Cancellation: If guests cancel their reservation 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival, they are penalized with a fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost and a 50% refund.

Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel your reservation within 7 days or fail to show up on the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation cost.

Refund: The refund will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed by the resort. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original reservation.
