Important details
Bring any tables and chairs you need. Pavilion space is reserved for community members to eat in.

Vehicles are not allowed on the grass and parking is often limited. Consider a wheeled cart or wagon to bring your equipment and materials.

Events will be near the park pavilion. We do not reserve spaces. Arrive early to choose a spot, such as shaded spots near trees.

Canopies or tents must be weighted down. You can use water jugs, sandbags, or barrels, etc. Stakes are not allowed in Salt Lake City parks.

If you give away edible items, they must be commercially prepared and individually packaged. Small candies, granola bars, and other packaged treats are examples.

Think green. Recycle where appropriate. Do not bring Styrofoam items. Please give flyers and brochures only as requested.
