Design Fee Acknowledgement

ART FEE ACKNOWLEDGMENT. I understand that a non-refundable Custom Uniform Art Fee is required before any design work will begin. Design work will not start until the art fee has been paid. The art fee includes one custom uniform design with up to two colorways and up to three revisions. Additional design concepts or major redesigns may require an additional art fee. Champion Winners and Prize Pack Winners are exempt from the art fee.
