Stall Registration of Interest for our Age Friendly 2026 Event. Thursday 1st of October from 10.30am to 2pm at Pudsey Civic Hall

The event will have a music festival feel, with live music, food vendors, interactive experiences and a market place of artisans, awareness stalls and experiences. We want people to connect with each other, to find out what's on their doorstep and discover new things. Please fill out this form to submit your registration of interest for a stall at our event. This does not mean you have secured your place. We will be selecting stalls that are from either from vendors aged (50+), those who sell age positive products like birthday cards/art, are from age friendly organisations who offer opportunities, raise awareness, challenge negative stereotypes and challenge ageism.

If you are from an organisation, a researcher or project what will you be raising awareness about and how is it age friendly? We want stalls that promote healthy ageing and challenge ageism
Do you or any of the people who will be on the stall have any access requests? All stall holders will be given a 6ft by 2ft table and two chairs. If you require a different pitch please state your request (We do no provide table cloths)
Successful applicants will be contacted on Wednesday 19th of August.

Performer Call out!

We are wanting DJ's, musicians and performers aged 50+ for line up for the main stage to represent the diversity of the city. From burlesque to bhangra, punk to reggae, opera to brass bands. We have a small pot of money to pay performers. If you know anyone who think should perform please share the below link so they can register interest
