Stall Registration of Interest for the Dementia Friendly Leeds 2026 Event. Friday 5th June. 10.30am to 1.30pm at Pudsey Civic Hall 2026

Please fill out this form to submit your registration of interest for a stall at our event. This does not mean you have secured your place. We will be selecting stalls that are diverse, dementia friendly and offer a wide range of opportunities or promote awareness. Stalls that represent people living with dementia, their carers and supporters in person centred way will be prioritised. We want to see people living with dementia, their carers and supporters at the heart of the event by being present on the stalls, performing and engaging in opportunities.

Tell us a little bit about your group, organisation or project and what your stall will be sharing? (for example is it a service, raising awareness, social group or research opportunity)
How will people living with dementia, their carers and supporters be represented on the stall? (for example will they be attending the event, be on the stall as workers, volunteers, members or lived experience experts to represent your organisation or group)
Do you or any of the people who will be on the stall have any access requests? All stall holders will be given two chairs and a table with each stall (We do no provide table cloths)
We will contact you if you have been succussful and send a confirmation details.

Our official Age and Dementia Friendly Business scheme will be prioritised for stalls as they have already committed and are taking age and dementia friendly actions. It doesnt however mean we will not select you if you are not currently involved. You can sign up on the day!

If want to check if you are an official Age and Dementia friendly organisation please click our MAP. Please note if you are a Leeds City Council organisation the sign up needs to be your specific department or service.

Places are limited so if you do not get a space, it isn’t that we do not appreciate you but that we may already have an organisation or group covering that subject or theme that’s part of the above scheme. We still encourage people to attend to network as the event is very well attended.
