Camp Guidelines
Kids Kaper Camp is a place where every child is welcomed, valued, and loved. Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and secure environment where children can grow, build friendships, and enjoy their time together.
Our team is committed to caring for each child with kindness, attention, and respect.
To help make Kids Kaper Camp a positive experience for everyone, we ask that all campers:
- Treat others with kindness and respect
- Use appropriate and respectful language
- Keep hands and feet to themselves
- Take care of the facilities and materials provided
We do not tolerate bullying or behavior that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome.
If a child has difficulty following these guidelines, we will take the following steps:
- Offer reminders and guidance
- Give a verbal warning
- Contact parents or guardians if concerns continue
- In case of repeated or serious behavior concerns, a child may be asked to leave camp.
Waiver, Release, and Medical Consent
I have read and understand the Kids Kaper Camp Guidelines and agree that my child will follow them while participating in the program.
I understand that participation in Kids Kaper Camp activities involves certain inherent risks, including the possibility of injury or loss. In consideration of my child being allowed to participate, I agree to release and hold harmless Community Pentecostal Church, its staff, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, actions, damages, or expenses arising from my child’s participation in the program, except where such claims result from gross negligence.
I understand that reasonable precautions will be taken to provide a safe environment for all participants.
Medical Consent
In the event of illness or injury, I authorize Community Pentecostal Church staff and volunteers to provide first aid and to seek appropriate medical care for my child, including arranging transportation for medical care if necessary. I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me as soon as possible in the event of an emergency.
I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
I agree to inform Community Pentecostal Church of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect my child’s participation in the program.
Media Release
I grant permission for Community Pentecostal Church and as representatives to take photographs, videos, and other media of my child during Kids Kaper Camp activities.
I authorize the use of these materials for lawful purposes, including promotion of camp, unless I provide written notice otherwise.
