Booking & Payment:
Your session is only secured once full payment has been received. As spots are limited, payments must be made within 48 hours of invoice being sent in order to secure your spot.

Refund Policy:
All Mother’s Day Mini Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend your allocated time, please contact Abigal as soon as possible.

Session Time: 

Mini sessions are strictly 15 minutes. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time, and sessions cannot be extended due to scheduling.

Who the Session Covers:
Sessions are for immediate family only. Please contact me in advance if you would like to include additional extended family members.

Weather Policy:
In the event of unsuitable weather, sessions will be postponed to May 23rd 2026. This date is non-negotiable.

Image Delivery:
You will receive an online gallery of professionally edited images within 2–3 weeks of your session. The client is responsible for downloading all images within 4 weeks of the gallery being sent. AE Photos is not required to keep a back up of any images beyond this timeframe.

Usage Rights:
By booking, you agree that images may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing. Please advise prior to your session if you would prefer your images not be shared.
