    Fill out the form below if you're interested in being a Vendor. These are limited outdoor spaces only. If you need more than one booth, please select that option below. This information will be used on our website and event forms. Please complete this entire questionnaire with as much detail as possible. Approved vendors will be emailed an approval letter along with an invoice to secure booth by credit/debit card or via Venmo.
  • Sat. Aug 15th - ALL VENDORS WANTED

    Market Hours 5pm to 9pm - LOAD-IN at 2:30pm - Andrews Park/Creekwalk, Vacaville, CA
  • VENDOR NOTE:

    Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. Past attendance does NOT guarantee an acceptance for 2026. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Setup begins 2 hours before market opens (parking is allowed in surrounding areas at no additional fee). Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, and signage.
  • Food/Drink Vendors

    Must send in copy of insurance, if using food truck or trailer, commercial vehicle insurance is required. Solano County permit is required.
  • City of Vacaville License

    If you do not have a city license, you can register for a temporary license under our umbrella license for $25.
  • Vendor Booth Specifics

    You must have a canopy and weights to ensure your canopy does not fly over. All items must be within your 10x10’ or 10x20’ canopy space and not spill over in front or on each side. Please consider investing in a commercial grade canopy.
  • Vendor Load-In

    Load-in begins at 2:30pm. You will receive a space number and load-in time 1 week before the event.

  • Marketing Booth Reservation Fee. RAIN OR SHINE EVENT UNLESS RESCHEDULED DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS. Your market approval will be emailed in addition to this contract if chosen. Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable*
  • Does your booth require electricity? We can provide you electric access, but this is limited. No generators allowed here.*
  • Food Vendors you need a Solano County Food Permit to participate. This is due by June 1st, 2026*
  • Do you have a City of Vacaville license? If not you can pay us $25 to cover you for this event.*
  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
  • Booth Specifics:

    You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs. Outdoor vendors canopy spaces must have weights for each leg . Wind could be gusty at times and may reach up to 18mph during higher winds. Not always, but we will monitor the weather and provide updates. Vendor responsible for removing all trash from rented space.
