Please only use this form for the Under 16 Pairs. There is another form for the U21, U26, U31 Teams. There is no limit to the number of participants.
Nobody can play with a phone. Cameras and microphones must be turned on.
This form must be completed by the coach / squad leader.
Players cannot enter as individuals. We rely on the coach / squad leader to enter the total number of participants, and to communicate with them.
RealBridge will only communicate with the coaches and squad leaders.
Important: when you complete this form, it is only for the purpose of the scheduling and organisation of the event. We do not share you details with anyone.
