Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. We strongly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance package. Insurance plans must be purchased within 10 days of the first payment. You may use any insurance plan.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any losses or expenses incurred by you or any member of your party due to failure to obtain adequate insurance coverage.
Medical Conditions
SY. Travel Israel is not responsible for any medical conditions that may arise prior to or during the tour.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
To confirm land arrangements, a $500 deposit per person is required.
The deposit is refundable until June 30, 2026, less a $150 per person handling fee.
Cancellation fees:
July 1 – August 31, 2026: $500 per person
Full payment is due August 1, 2026.
September 1, 2026 – departure: No refund on land arrangements
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are effective as of the date received. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the tour has departed.
Form of Payment:
Deposits of $500 are due to Makom by April 30, 2026.
This payment may be made by check (payable to Makom) or Zelle transfer (use email MakomNYTreasurer@gmail.com).
All other payments will be paid directly to SY Travel.
You may make payment either by credit card or by bank wire.
All prices reflect a 4% discount for payments made by bank wire. There will be a 4% surcharge added to those choosing to pay by credit card.
Bank wire payment is due August 1, 2026 and should be made as one full payment.
Credit card final payment is due August 1, 2026 and can be made as one full payment or by installments.
Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
