Payment & Fees
I agree to a $500 Damage Deposit. Refunded upon successful return of the Rental.
I agree to pay for the fuel used during the Rental period. Charged at the Good Days Marina fuel dock at current price. All boats leave with a full tank and are fueled back up upon return.
I agree to pay a $35 cleaning fee upon return of an EXCESSIVELY Dirty Pontoon. i.e. Worm dirt on seats, snacks ground into flooring, spilled drinks.
I agree to pay a $75 late return fee if the Pontoon is returned more than 15 mins past the reserved time limit.
I acknowledge that each Pontoon Rental comes with 8-10 Lifejackets, an Anchor, 4 Bumpers, and 4 Lines. Failure to return all of these items with the Pontoon will result in forfeiture of some portion if not all of the Security Deposit.
I agree to refrain from Spray Sunblock use within the Pontoon Boat. Spray Sunscreen formulas are corrosive to vinyl.
Safety & Operation

I was born before June 30, 1996I have obtained my Boaters Safety License
I agree not to operate the pontoon boat while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances
I acknowledge that each Pontoon comes with 8 - 10 Life Jackets depending on the boats max occupancy.. They are to be worn in accordance with any state and local laws.I agree any child age 6 or below will have an age appropriate life jacket worn at all times on the boat.
Use Restrictions
I agree not to tow skiers, tubers, or other vessels
I agree not to operate after dark
I will not exceed the maximum occupancy

Liability Waiver and Release Agreement

Renter assumes full responsibility and agrees to hold Good Days Marina harmless from any liability resulting from use.
I, the undersigned Renter, understand and acknowledge that the operation of a

watercraft involves inherent risks...

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Good Days Marina...

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees...I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees...

I certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained...

I acknowledge that life jackets and other PFDs are available and recommended...

By signing this waiver and release, I acknowledge and represent that I have read,

understood, and agree to it.
Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the State of Michigan and Roscommon County.
