Hi, I’m Shaina — a Fine Hair Extension Specialist, Certified Hair Loss Practitioner, and trichology student located in Montgomery, NY. As availability allows, I take on a limited number of new extension guests who align with my scalp-first, hair health approach. My work focuses on minimal rows, low-tension installations designed specifically for fine or low-density hair. I specialize in subtle density and natural-looking enhancement — not heavy builds or dramatic overextensions. My approach is centered around supporting your natural hair growth and long-term scalp health. Extensions are used strategically to enhance what you have while we work to preserve and strengthen your natural hair underneath. When adding length, I carefully consider your natural density and strength to ensure we choose an extension length that blends beautifully without compromising integrity. Color services are approached conservatively and strategically. My goal is to maintain the health of your hair while creating a soft, seamless blend. Most clients opt for low-maintenance color, glossing, or subtle dimension to avoid unnecessary over processing. My philosophy is simple: extensions should enhance your natural hair, not compete with it. Every recommendation I make prioritizes scalp health, longevity, and results that still look beautiful months down the road. We’ll review your goals, hair history, and lifestyle during your consultation to determine if my approach is the right fit for you.

I like to be able to lead my appointment and I am very particular about the outcome that I want.
I like to show photos for reference, but I am also open to trying new things.
I like to give my stylist complete creative freedom.
For your initial appointment, please plan to be at the salon for approximately 3–4 hours. I’ll be able to give you a more accurate time estimate during our consultation. Most new clients can expect their initial appointment investment to fall within the following ranges:$1,750–$3,000 for a one-row application or two-row application. Your exact investment will be narrowed down after our phone consultation. Please note, this is not the cost of every appointment. Maintenance pricing will also be discussed and tailored after our consultation. Your initial application appointment includes: Custom color for your natural hair Custom-colored hair extensions A blending haircut Blow-dry and styling The ideal maintenance schedule is every 6–8 weeks. Most clients can expect maintenance appointments to range between:$575–$1300 depending on how many rows and the color service we do.

Cancellation & ReschedulingI: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The card on file will be charged, and a new appointment cannot be scheduled until the cancellation fee is paid. If you need to reschedule your initial appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Your first appointment may be rescheduled one time before a new retainer will be required to book any future appointments. Late Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment time will be forfeited and the appointment will be canceled. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. No Call / No Show: If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, and you will not be able to book future appointments.
